Suzann Marie Schladale Marcle

Suzann Marie Schladale Marcle, 80, of Siler City, went to her Heavenly home on Friday, January 9th, 2026.

Suzann was born on October 19th, 1945, in Brooklyn, NY, to the late John King and Grace Natalie Marie Schieffer Schladale. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband of 46 years, Gerald S. Marcle.

Suzann worked in the clerical field for the Department of Defense. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Siler City. She loved to travel in her spare time. Suzann liked doing Meals on Wheels and helping at school. She loved to help people. Her biggest love was her family, especially her grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Natalie Marcle Harris of Climax, NC;her son, Gerald Scott Marcle and his wife, Candice of Lexington, SC; her grandchildren, Nathan Marcle and Jacob Harris; her brother, John Schladale of Tulsa, OK; and her sisters, Gayle Schladale of Highlands Ranch, CO, and Joann Schladale of Upper Montclair, NJ.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 24th, 2026, at 1 pm, at First United Methodist Church in Siler City. Services will be officiated by Reverend Kyle Burrows. She will be buried in Arlington National Cemetery with her husband at a later date.
