Richard Monroe “RJ” Moore was born sleeping on March 4th, 2026.

RJ was the deeply treasured and longed-for baby of Richard D. and Brooke S. Moore. He leaves behind his sweet siblings, Raylin, Ryker, and Rori Green; and his loving grandparents, Ken & Dawn Powers Smith, and Nina Weaver Moore & Richard “Dickie” Devon Moore (dec).

RJ is also survived by his maternal great grandparents, Joe & Diane Smith and Bobbie Pickett Powers; maternal step great grandmother, Diane Powers; and his paternal great grandmothers, Myrtle Johnson Moore and Teresa Santini Shaffer. He is preceded in death by his brother, Rawson Green; paternal grandfather, Richard “Dickie” Devon Moore; his maternal great grandfather, Johnnie G. Powers; and his paternal great grandfather, Richard E. Moore.

The family spent treasured time together before saying goodbye. Your presence and support at our child’s Remembrance Ceremony would be appreciated. Graveside service will be held Sunday, March 8th, 2026, at 3 pm, at Tyson’s Creek Baptist Church. Services will be officiated by Reverend Scott Walker.
