Phillip T. Hart

Phillip Theodore Hart, 70, of Thrift Road, Gulf died Friday, October 27, 2017 at his home

Phil was born on July 20, 1947, in Lee County, NC; the son of William Murdock and Vida Mae (Cotton) Hart.

He was a self employed Logger.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years: Ruby (Powers) Hart, one daughter: Andrea "Andy" Hart Phipps and husband, Parker of Sanford; two sons: Landon Hart and Craig Hart and favorite daughter-in-law, Ann McDowell all of Gulf. one sister: Linda Hart White of Raleigh, and name sake, Phillip Foushee.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
