Pamela Stephens Andrews Lemons, 82, of Siler City, passed away at home on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026.

Pam was born in New York on July 7th, 1943, to the late Robert Perine Andrews, Sr. and Jean Marie Bell Andrews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Bobby Andrews; and a grandson, Cory Gale Scott.

Pam was a horse and animal lover, and very passionate about horses. She was an accomplished equestrian from a very young age. Pam absolutely had a green thumb and her plants flourished under her care. Pam had a beautiful gift and passion for caring for the elderly which she turned into her life’s work. She became a home health nurse and worked both privately and for multiple locations.

Left to cherish Pam’s memories are her daughters, Robyn Parker of Wilmington and her children, Kara Smith and her husband, Justin, Eric Parker and his wife, Cierra and their daughter, Marlee; and Dr. Katherine “Kate” Scott and her husband, Jason, and their family, Sarah Scott, Anna Pruitt and her husband, Tyler, Mary Scott, and Samantha Scott.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Wilmington at Oakdale Cemetery.
