Norma Bodey Paschal

Norma Bodey Paschal, 91, of Siler City died Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Coventry House of Siler City. Mrs. Paschal was born June 16, 1924 in Bellevue, OH, the daughter of George and Gaye (Thornburg) Bodey. Norma was a member of the First Baptist Church of Siler City and employed as secretary for Forrest Paschal Machinery Company. She enjoyed reading, exercising, gardening and traveling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest A. Paschal; son Forrest A. "Tad" Paschal II; her parents and an infant son and grandson, Forrest Ammons; sister, Erma G. Hines. She is survived by two daughters: Patty Paschal Stitt and husband, Andrew of New London, Kim Paschal Ammons and husband, Stephen of Wendell; grandchildren, Michael Browning, Paschal and Kelly Ammons; one sister: Needie Didion and husband, Jim of Boca Raton, FL; brother-in-law, Richard Hines of Asheboro and a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Oakwood Cemetery, Siler City with Rev. Tony Capehart officiating.
