Mildred Hilliard Finn

Mildred Hilliard Finn, 88, of Mt. Vernon-Hickory Mountain Road, Siler City died Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Finn was born in Chatham County on December 10, 1926 the daughter of Nathan Thomas and Alice (Johnson) Hilliard. She was a homemaker and a member of Emmaus Baptist Church. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Atlas Thomas Finn; daughter, Ann Caldwell; her parents; brothers, Banks and N. G. Hilliard. She is survived by two daughters: Carol F. White and husband, Wayne of Pittsboro, NC, Candy F. Wood and husband, Barry of Liberty, NC; one son: Atlas T. Finn, Jr. "Mickey" of Siler City, NC; five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Friday, May 15, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Hickory Mountain Baptist Cemetery, 1094 Mt. Vernon-Hickory Mountain Road, Siler City with Rev. Steve Moore officiating.
