SILER CITY, NC
Mr. Melvin Daniel Messer, 78, of Siler City, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
Melvin was born July 24, 1945 in Wake County, NC to the late Floyd Daniel Messer, Jr. and Marjorie Lee Jones.
He was a proficient carpenter and worked in commercial construction.
Melvin is survived by his brother, Gordon Messer (Wanda) of Bonlee, NC; his sister, Judy Cardwell of Spartanburg, SC; and two daughters.
