Mary "Marty" Mensch

Mary “Marty” Mensch, 68, of Siler City, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 23^rd, 2023.

Marty was born in Chatham County to Wayne Franklin & Lorraine Malone Mensch on September 1^st, 1955. She had worked for several years at Paul Braxton Manor.

Marty was a member of Calvary Holiness Church in Liberty, and she loved her church family. Marty was a Jack-of-all-trades. She loved being a truck driver and painting. She loved her girls and her family. She will be remembered for her warming smile.

She is survived by two daughters: Kim (Steve) Mote of Siler City and Sharon (Johndell Snead) Mote of High Point. She has two brothers: Bill Mensch of Siler City and Frankie (Linda) Mensch of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Stephen, Hailie, Isaiah, and Nyla. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Mote, two sisters: Carolyn Moody and Becky Jones.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, October 28^th, 2023, at Calvary Holiness Church, 532 N. Greensboro St., Liberty, NC 27298 at 1 PM. Service will be officiated by Reverend Mark Hurt.
