Margaret Johnson Sauls

Margaret Johnson Sauls, 84, of 2065 Mt. Vernon-Hickory Mtn Road, Siler City died Monday, March 11, 2013 at Siler City Care & Rehabilitation. Mrs. Sauls was born in Alamance County on May 25, 1928 the daughter of Rufus and Bessie (Workman) Johnson. She was a member of South Fork Friends Meeting and had been employed in furniture manufacturing. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Sauls; son, Steven Sauls; grandchild, Steven Curtis Bowery and her parents. She is survived by three daughters: Linda Beal of Siler City, NC, Dottie Montgomery and husband, Gary of Burlington, NC, Merry Christmas Sauls of Holly Ridge, NC and one son: Van Johnson and wife, Robbie of Graham, NC; one sister: Mary Jane Wimbish of Greensboro, NC; eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, one step-grandchild and great-great-grandchild. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from 6:30-8:30 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City, NC. The funeral will be Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 2:00 PM at South Fork Friends Meeting, 359 South Fork-Bethel Road, Snow Camp with Andrew Needham officiating.
