Luis Fernando Gonzalez Torres, de 32 años, de Asheboro falleció el Viernes 28 de Julio de 2023.

Luis fue un amoroso padre, hijo y hermano y todos los que lo conocieron lo extrañarán profundamente. Luis amaba pasar tiempo con sus hijos y era un gran fanático del fútbol.

Al Sr. Torres le sobreviven sus padres, Fernando González y Alicia Torres Pedraza; hijos, Dilan Fernando Gonzalez Chilel, William Maroquin Chilel y Alicia Mayte Gonzalez Onteveros; hermanos, Jennifer García Torres, Christian García Torres y Josefina González Torres; y padrastro Lázaro García. La familia recibirá a los amigos el Miércoles 2 de Agosto de 2023 desde las 18:00 hasta las 20:00 horas. en la funeraria Smith & Buckner. Se llevará a cabo una misa fúnebre por Luis el Jueves 3 de Agosto de 2023 a las 10:00 a. m. en la Parrish católica de St. Julia en Siler City.

Luis Fernando Gonzalez Torres, 32, of Asheboro passed away Friday, July 28, 2023.

Luis was a loving father, son, and brother and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Luis loved spending time with his children and was a big soccer fanatic.

Mr. Torres is survived by his parents, Fernando Gonzalez and Alicia Torres Pedraza; children, Dilan Fernando Gonzalez Chilel, William Maroquin Chilel, and Alicia Mayte Gonzalez Onteveros; siblings, Jennifer Garcia Torres, Christian Garcia Torres, and Josefina Gonzalez Torres; and stepdad Lazaro Garcia. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home. A funeral mass for Luis will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Julia's Catholic Parrish in Siler City.
