Lerry Rogers

Lerry Rogers, 66, of Siler City died Saturday, March 31, 2018 at UNC Healthcare.

Mr. Rogers was born in Chatham County on November 8, 1951 the son of John I. and Lizzie (Lindley) Rogers. Lerry was a very loving, private person and a past employee of Glendale Hosiery.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Thomas Doyle and Larrie Rogers; sisters, Beverly McSwain and Shirley Rogers Jackson.

Lerry is survived by brothers, Johnnie Rogers, and Rachon (Lillie) Rogers; sisters, Hattie Alston and Bernadette Rogers all of Siler City; a host of nieces and nephews; a very devoted niece, Alonna McSwain. He was married to Elaine Rogers.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Chatham Memorial Park with Rev. Barry Gray officiating.
