Jamba Lee Hoffman, 28, of, Johnstown, PA passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at her home in Johnstown. Jamba was born on March 9, 1993 in Providence, RI, the daughter of Jeffrey D. Hoffman and Linda C. Brew Lemieux. Jamba had a warm and bubbly personality and would light up any room she entered. She cherished the time she spent with her children and family. Jamba was a lover of animals. She is preceded in death by her sister, Christina A. Cayer; paternal grandfather, Francis L. Hoffman, Jr.; paternal grandmother, Doris T. Hoffman; paternal grandmother, Lela M. Poitras; maternal grandfather, George R. Brew. She is survived by her children, Charlotte Reid of PA and Jace Hoffman of Bear Creek; parents, Jeffrey D. Hoffman and wife Melody, and Linda C. Brew Lemieux and husband Thomas; sisters, Josephine A. Hoffman of OK, and Ashlee L. Hodges and husband Josh of Munfordfille, KY; brothers, Jeffrey D. Hoffman II and wife Jullie of Carthage, Philip A. Hoffman and wife April of Baker, FL, Francis L. Hoffman III and wife Charli of Canmer, KY and John P. Hoffman and wife Emily of Mundfordville, KY; maternal grandmother, Christina M. Brew of South Kingston, RI. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City, NC. A chapel service will follow at 2:00 PM.
