Hallie May Cain Johnson

Hallie May Cain Johnson, 90, of Asheboro, formerly of Goldston, died Monday, May 8, 2017 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro.

Mrs. Johnson was born in Randolph County on July 17, 1926 the daughter of William Edgar and Lucy (Bouldin) Cain. Hallie was a homemaker and a member of Deep River Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Claude J. Johnson; a son, Darrell Johnson; her parents; brothers, Willis, Lester, Glenn, Graham, Cleo, Bobby, Harvey, Melvin ;sister, Inez Poole. She is survived by nieces and nephews.

No services are planned at this time. Memorials may be directed to Randolph Hospice or Deep River Baptist Church. Smith & Buckner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
