Elizabeth Ann Morgan Davis

Elizabeth Ann Morgan Davis, 75, of Goldston died Friday, January 26, 2018.

Ann was born in Wake County on October 28, 1942 the daughter of James Russell and Eliza Mae (Norris) Morgan. Ann was a member of Broadway Baptist Church and had worked for GKN in Sanford as a machinist.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Zelma Louise Kornegay.

She is survived by two sons: James "Rusty" Davis of Goldston and Paul Davis and wife, Tara of Sanford; grandchildren, Crystal Haire, Caitlin Daniels, Madison Davis; great-grandchildren, Landen Wilson, Laylen Daniels, Libby Haire, and Enslee Kerr

A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home Chapel, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City with Rev. Patrick Fuller officiating.

Memorials may be made to Chatham County Sheriff Department or The Goathouse Refuge, (cat rescue) Pittsboro.
