Donna Parmele Gottfried

Donna Mourine Parmele Gottfried, 78, of Staley, died Thursday, April 24, 2025.

Donna was born in Adams County, Idaho on October 21, 1946, to James P. and Delma M. Carrick Parmele, who preceded her in death. Donna was a member of the Liberty Seventh Day Adventist Church. She volunteered with the school system to help raise money for the school. She loved to help others in her community by doing home health. Donna loved to travel, make friends and spend time with her family. She enjoyed water skiing and playing the piano.

Donna is survived by her husband of 55 years, Eugene E. Gottfried; three children, Ryan Gottfried and wife, Rebecca, of Staley, Rhoda Perez and husband, Samuel of Gaithersburg, MD, and Rhonda Wood and husband, Joseph of Randleman; and Eight grandchildren; Luke, Rachel, Simon, and Leia Wood, Roseanne, Reuben, and Richard Gottfried, and Bernard Perez. She is also survived by her sister, Beverly Smith and husband, Daryl of Sun City, AR.
