Dennis Wayne Greer, Jr.

Dennis Wayne Greer, Jr., 38, of Stone Street, Siler City died Wednesday, January 24, 2018.

Dennis was born in Chatham County on May 20, 1979 son of Dennis Wayne Greer, Sr. and Arlene (Lamay) Greer Govier. He was a diesel mechanic. He is survived by his mother, Arlene Govier and step-father, Roger; brothers, Timothy and Benjamin Greer; son, Wayne Greer; daughters, Angel, Destiny and Amber Whisenhunt, Haley Eberhardt, Brann Greer; uncle, Darren Greer.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 3:00 – 4:00 PM at the Siler City First Wesleyan Church. The funeral will follow at 4:00 PM in the church sanctuary. Burial will be on Monday, January 29, 2018 at Rose Lawn Cemetery in Marion, Virginia.
