Dennis Clyde Siegfried

Dennis Clyde Siegfried, age 81, of Siler City passed away on August 19, 2026 at his home.

Dennis was born in Los Angeles, CA on November 21, 1944 to Arlo and Mary Alice Borror Siegfried. Dennis served his country in the U.S. Army. He was formerly employed in sales with Harrelson Rubber Company which later became Oliver Rubber Company. Dennis retired from Klaussner Furniture and more recently retired as Head of Security at Randolph Mall. Dennis was a 4th degree black belt in karate. He loved hot rods and classic cars, restoring his 1936 Ford Truck.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his children, Deanna McDougall, Lisa Ross, and Denise Ross, granddaughter, Keisha Brower, and siblings, Evelyn, Shirley, Charles, Arlo, and Richard.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Rene´ Siegfried; children, Greg Ross (Anita) of Asheboro, Kim Jarrell (Stevie) of Asheboro, Danielle Allred (Scott) of Asheboro, April Mitchell of Siler City, Steven Mitchell of Siler City, and Chad Mitchell (Courtney) of Siler City; grandchildren, Jeremy, Mark, Sherrie, Maranda, Tyler, P.J., Letisha, Nikkie, Alisha, Forrest, Xavier, Isreal, Michael, Ethan, Brandon, Scottie, Jordan, Uriah, Shyeed, Nasiah, Noble, Brodee, Josh, Laileigh, Nolan, and Conner; and 38 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue in Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Glenn “Mac” Pugh Chapel with Rev. Rodney Foxx officiating. Entombment will follow at Randolph Memorial Park.
