Debralee " Debbie" Moon Hudson, 56, of George Hudson Road, Siler City died Wednesday, October 14, 2015 . Mrs. Hudson was born in Chatham County on November 3, 1958 the daughter of Ronald L. and Hazel (Lindley) Moon. Debbie was a member of South Fork Friends Meeting and the co-owner of Hudson Cable. She had worked for UNC in the public health department. Debbie was a very compassionate, loving and giving person. She was preceded in death by a son, Aaron Wesley Hudson; father-in-law, George Hudson and brother-in-law, Jamie Harris. She is survived by her husband of 26 years: Danny L. Hudson; daughter: Mikaela Hudson; son, Brandon Andrew; parents, Ronald L and Hazel Lindley Moon; two sisters: Donna Moon, Gina Causey and husband, Gary of Snow Camp, NC; brother, Stephen Moon and wife, Kris of Snow Camp, NC; mother-in-law, Rachel C. Hudson of Siler City; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 18, 2015 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at South Fork Friends Meeting, 359 South Fork-Bethel Road, Snow Camp. The funeral will follow at 3:00 PM, with Andrew Needham officiating. Burial will be at Chatham Memorial Park, Siler City. Memorials may be made to Silk Hope Ruritan Scholarship Fund.
