Billie Wallace Andrews, 82, of Goldston died Monday, November 21, 2011 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst. Mrs. Andrews was born September 4, 1929 the daughter of Edward and Allie Gibson Wallace. Mrs. Andrews was a member of Antioch Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir and the Faith Sunday School Class. She enjoyed her grandchildren and baking cookies and biscuits. Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Reitzel Andrews; a son, Danny Andrews; her parents and sisters and brother, Mildred Moore, Hildred Reeder, Helen Harris and Wesley Wallace. She is survived by one daughter: Tina A. Hyman and husband, Bobby of Carthage, NC and one son: Randy Andrews and wife, Janice of Badin Lake, NC; of two sisters: Doris Long of Colfax, NC, Margaret Bartenfield of Greensboro, NC and one brother: Edward Wallace of Greensboro, NC; grandchildren, Jenifer Andrews, Chase Andrews (Shelley), Megan Andrews Moore (Chance); Derek Andrews, Joseph Hyman and Andie Hyman. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 23, 2011after the service at Antioch Baptist Church, 3825 Bonlee-Carbonton Road, Goldston, NC other times at the home the daughter, Tina 2385 Glendon-Carthage Road, Carthage. A graveside service will be Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Mattheue Locklear officiating. Memorials may be made to Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 3825 Bonlee-Carbonton Road, Goldston, NC 27252 or Carthage United Methodist Church, 402 McReynolds Street, Carthage, NC 28327.
