Aubrey Faith Lopez, 7 day old infant daughter, of Siler City died Thursday, January 18, 2018 at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill.
She was born in Orange County on January 11, 2018.
She is survived by her parents, Leonel and Kristen Cooper Lopez; twin, Audrey of the home; maternal grandmother, Selena Cooper of Asheboro; paternal grandmother, Bernadel Lopez of Mexico; maternal great-grandparents, Gary and Sue Cooper of Siler City.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Oakwood Cemetery, N. Chatham Ave, Siler City with Rev. Spencer Andrews officiating.
Smith & Buckner Funeral Home is assisting the Lopez family.
